Tarsus Waterfall

Tarsus Waterfall: It is located in the center of the Tarsus district of Mersin, west of the dam pond on the Berdan River. Berdan, which draws wide springs in the Tarsus plain before flowing into the Mediterranean Sea, is also an important reason for the founding of Tarsus. The Berdan River forms a 4-5-meter waterfall here. The area where the waterfall is located was used as a cemetery during the Roman period. The tombs were uncovered during the descending waters of the river from time to time, and most of them were destroyed.
